Lemon Butter Garlic Chicken is a delicious quick dinner idea that is flavorful and easy preparation. It can be made in one skillet and can be served for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
4 Whole Chicken Leg
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
4 tsp Garlic (minced)
2 tsp chopped green chillies
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper Powder (to taste)
4 tbsp Cold Butter
4 tbsp coriander (chopped)
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp refined flour
Instructions
Mix all ingredients with chicken in a bowl.
Heat butter in a grill skillet.
Add the chicken in the grill pan and cook for 15 minutes on each side until l nicely browned in micro+grill oven @140 C
Remove chicken in plate once done and keep aside.
Add the remaining extract to make the sauce in another pan.
Cook until the sauce is reduced to 1/3rd.
Add butter , flour and cook until everything comes together.
Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces.
Serve hot.
