This delicious, easy coffee smoothie recipe has a hint of chocolate flavor from cacao powder, a boost of protein from protein powder and peanut butter, and makes a great morning breakfast. 


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup instant coffee

  • 1 frozen medium ripe banana

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

  • 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 serving of your favorite protein powder

Instruction

  • In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined.

  • If necessary, add in milk to thin the smoothie. Makes 1 smoothie.

‘Shol Mach’ or Snakehead Murrel is a very popular fish in eastern part of India and Bangladesh.


Ingredients :

  • 5 pieces shol fish

  • 2 Onions - sliced

  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tomato puree

  • 1 teaspoon red chilli Powder

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1/4 bunch coriander leaves chopped

  • To taste salt

  • Oil as needed.


Instructions :

  • Wash and marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder

  • Add oil in the pan deep fry the fish and keep aside

  • Add bay leaf to temper

  • Now add sliced onion well adding salt and turmeric powder

  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell disappears

  • Now add tomato puree and red chilli Powder stir well

  • Add water according to your need and allow it to boil

  • Add fish pieces and simmer for a while and add garam masala powder

  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve

A well-made café cubano has a thick layer of sweet cream floating over strong espresso.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coffee (finely ground)

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup water to the pot and add coffee. Heat the pot in medium heat.

  2. Fill the cups with sugar. Meanwhile, spoon 1 teaspoon of sugar into each espresso

  3. Boil the rest of the water.

  4. Mix the coffee and sugar. Remove the pot from the heat once the brewing process is complete. Place 1 teaspoon of coffee into 1 of the cups and stir vigorously into the sugar to create the thick frothy.

  5. Add the remaining coffee. Pour the remaining coffee into the cups and serve immediately.
